Dynace France markets food supplements packaged in packs of 15 units, unless specifically stated otherwise for certain ranges, notably 16 units for the Urbanism range.

The descriptions, visuals, photographs and information appearing on the site are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual.

The order is considered firm after:

• the selection of products and their addition to the cart;
• the entry and validation of the delivery address;
• the choice of payment method and payment confirmation;
• the receipt of an order confirmation email.

Dynace France reserves the right to cancel any order in case of insufficient stock, obvious pricing error, payment issue or suspicion of fraud. The customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and, if applicable, fully reimbursed.

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included where applicable. Dynace France, as a sole proprietorship not subject to VAT, applies the VAT non-applicable regime, article 293 B of the French Tax Code.

Delivery costs are indicated before order validation and vary according to the geographical delivery area. Dynace France reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that products are invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of order validation.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are:

• Credit card;
• PayPal;
• American Express.

Payments are secured via the payment providers used by the store. Dynace France does not store any complete banking data.

Orders are shipped within an indicative period of 5 to 7 working days from payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified or in exceptional circumstances.

Dynace France delivers to the following areas:

• Metropolitan France: 5 to 7 working days.
• Europe: variable delivery time depending on the country.
• French overseas departments and territories: variable delivery time depending on the territory.

A tracking email is sent upon shipment of the order when the carrier allows it. In the event of a delay attributable to the carrier or an external event beyond the control of Dynace France, its liability cannot be invoked.

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to contact@dynacefrance.com before the deadline expires.

All returns must be subject to a prior request by email to contact@dynacefrance.com within 14 days of receipt.

• Returned products must be in their original, closed, and unsealed packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is attributable to Dynace France.
• Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return or proof of shipment.
• Initial delivery costs are not refunded, unless otherwise required by law.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and the Civil Code, products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

In the event of a defective, damaged, or non-compliant product, the customer must contact Dynace France at contact@dynacefrance.com indicating their order number and, if possible, photographs of the product concerned.

Dynace France cannot be held responsible for the consequences resulting from improper use of the products, non-compliance with usage precautions, non-compliant use, or an undeclared medical contraindication.

It is up to the customer to check for any contraindications before consumption and, if in doubt, to seek the advice of a healthcare professional, especially in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, ongoing medical treatment, or known pathology.

The data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. They are used exclusively for order management, customer relations, delivery, and compliance with legal obligations.

No personal data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the customer may resort to consumer mediation or the European online dispute resolution platform accessible here: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

In the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
