Return Conditions

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to contact us and exercise your right of withdrawal.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, sealed and unopened
  • The product must not have been used or altered
  • The request must be made by email within the time limit
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
⚠️ For reasons of hygiene and food safety, any opened, unsealed, or altered package cannot be returned or refunded (art. L221-28 of the Consumer Code). This applies to the entire Dynace range, including the Urbanism range.

How to make a return?

The return process consists of 4 simple steps:

Send your request by email
Contact us at contact@dynacefrance.com with your order number and reason for return — within 14 days of receipt.

Await our confirmation
We will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions and the shipping address.

Ship the product
Return the product in its original, sealed, and unopened packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Keep your proof of shipment.

Refund within 14 days
Upon receipt and verification of the product, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the order. Initial shipping costs are not refunded.

Product damaged upon delivery

If you receive a product damaged during shipping, we will open a dispute with the carrier and offer you a solution as soon as possible.

📸 Contact us at contact@dynacefrance.com within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the package and the damaged product. After this period, no claim can be handled with the carrier.

Dynace Distributors

Purchases made through a Dynace distributor account are made as part of an independent professional activity.

🚫 In accordance with article L221-3 of the Consumer Code, orders placed via a distributor account do not benefit from consumer withdrawal rights. No returns or refunds will be granted on distributor purchases.

Frequently Asked Questions

I opened the package but I am not satisfied, can I return it?
No. For reasons of hygiene and food safety, any opened or unsealed product cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with current legislation.
The 14-day period has passed, what should I do?
After the legal period of 14 days, no returns can be accepted. We invite you to contact our customer service for any particular situation.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a product damaged upon delivery or an error on our part.
Can I exchange my product for another one?
We do not offer product-for-product exchanges. If a return is accepted, a refund will be issued. You can then place a new order freely.
Does the Urbanism range (16 units) fall under the same conditions?
Yes, the return policy is identical for the entire Dynace range, including the Urbanism range. Only sealed and unopened packages are eligible for return.
