Return Conditions
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to contact us and exercise your right of withdrawal.
- The product must be in its original packaging, sealed and unopened
- The product must not have been used or altered
- The request must be made by email within the time limit
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
